We are entering the final week of August and the first of September. Late last week we learned of a cancelation of the Annual Public Lands Council Meetings and their change to a virtual platform on Sept. 28th to handle the business at hand. We also learned of the Western Watersheds Project winning a bid on a grazing lease in our state. We are checking on the validity of them as bidders, but it seems that “conservation” is a lease type that was bid in favor of overgrazing. This is a concern for our industry and our state. Please give us a call with your comments and concerns in relation to anything industry-related.
